Easy, tasty and beautiful to look at. These delicious raspberry popsicles are wonderful for a hot summers day.
If you don't find raspberries you can use strawberries, kiwis or blueberries.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups cold water
1 cup fresh raspberries, sliced
1 cup lemon juice
Method:
- Heat sugar with 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Pour it into a large bowl and add the remaining 1 cup of cold water.
- Meanwhile, puree ½ cup raspberries in a food processor until they're as liquefied as possible.
- Add the raspberry puree and lemon juice to cold sugar water mixture and stir until combined. Add the remaining sliced raspberries into the molds then add the mixture and freeze.
