Quick recipe with leftover chapatti/roti. 

Many times in the kitchen we end up having extra rotis by the end of the meals. Why not use those to make an interesting and easy to make sweet-dish? Here's the recipe of roti-laddoo which is an instant and healthy recipe to charge your day: 

Ingredients: - Rotis - Jaggery - Ghee - Cardamom powder (if need be) 

Recipe: - Crush roti into small pieces. You may even grind them in food processor.
- Now add grated or crushed jaggery as per your taste in this crushed roti pieces.
- Use a pinch of cardamom powder. (This is optional)
- Now add melted ghee in this mixture. Mix all these properly and form round balls as per the sizes of your preference.
